Wellons Canada stocks an extensive inventory of kiln and energy system parts. Our full-time parts team is committed to providing fast reliable service while providing 24-hour delivery on most in-stock items.
Our parts staff works with customers to customize a recommended spare parts list for individual sites to minimize equipment down time. Wellons service group is available 24/7 to help troubleshoot remotely (on-line) or through scheduled on-site service calls.

System Calibration & Safety Checks
The accurate performance of system flowmeters, pressure and temperature transmitters, damper actuators, thermocouples and RTDs is critical to the proper and efficient performance of your equipment. Our field service personnel provide instrumentation calibration services to ensure that your equipment controls are receiving and displaying accurate performance data.
On-Line Help Services
Wellons' technical personnel assists with troubleshooting operational issues using various on-line tools to perform real time performance assessments of your system and help troubleshoot operational issues.
Site Evaluations
Wellons' field service technicians provide on-site evaluations for your system. Whether as part of an organized routine maintenance program, preparation for compliance testing, an energy efficiency evaluation, a review for possible upgrades, planning for an upcoming scheduled outage, or in response to an equipment malfunction, these services help keep your system operating at peak performance.
System Tuning
Wellons representatives provide optimization of combustion for refractory life, overall system efficiency, and emissions control. Loop tuning of analog controls is also performed for proper system response to changes in operating conditions.
