Wellons, based in Vancouver, WA is a strategic group of companies focused on providing a wide range of energy related products and services to a variety of customers and industries.
Our roots are firmly based in the forestry and board plant sectors. We provide wood and agri-fuel fired energy systems, lumber drying equipment, sawmill equipment, and emission control equipment to forestry customers throughout North America, Eastern Europe, and South America.
We have leveraged this energy system and emission control expertise to expand into a range of industrial sectors – power generation, process heat for industrial plants, process and utility heat for oil & gas facilities, process heat for district heating application.
The combined strength of four engineering offices, three manufacturing facilities, and three construction groups delivers un-compromised flexibility and expertise to provide any size project. In addition to engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Wellons, Inc. also offers installation of our systems in the USA and technical assistance with installation and commissioning for our international projects.
Wellons, Inc. also has a complete customer service department offering parts, technical services and boiler and refractory services through our RPI Division.

Wellons Energy Solutions
Wellons Energy Solutions is an alternative energy project developer that specializes in biomass steam and cogeneration projects for industrial manufacturers that have historically relied upon green house gas emitting fossil fuels.
Headquartered in New Bern, North Carolina, Wellons Energy solutions was founded in 2006 to design, build, own and operate inside-the-fence biomass cogeneration projects for large manufacturing facilities.

Wellons RPI
Wellons RPI provides the expertise to perform a wide range of refractory and mechanical services.
Repairs – RPI’s team of refractory specialists inspects your equipment’s refractory, makes repair recommendations, and performs the necessary repairs to damaged refractory.
Replacement – RPI supplies new refractory materials, anchors, and insulation as well as make repairs to underlying equipment and install a new refractory system.
Installation – Wellons RPI’s experienced crews install the refractory and assist with the initial curing of the refractory for new systems.

Wellons Power Group
In 2016, the Wellons Power Group (WPG), a division of Wellons, Inc., was created to provide design expertise for large biomass boiler systems and power generation projects.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, WPG is comprised of many employees with 30+ years’ experience designing systems utilizing a variety of biomass and agricultural residue fuels in the forest products, pulp & paper, and sugar industries. With WPG’s expertise, Wellons recently completed a 500,000 PPH boiler utilizing bagasse (sugar cane residue) as the primary fuel.
The WPG Construction Team is fully capable of being the lead general contractor for a design-build project or as acting as a key partner in assembling thermal systems with a power or process facility.
The WPG Maintenance and Repair Team also provides maintenance, repair, modifications, upgrades and relocation of existing boilers and associated balance of plant systems.
WPG Engineering Services can provide guidance and recommendations regarding boiler retrofits, combustion tune-ups and boiler life extension studies.
